CornerStone is LEEDing the way to Green Expertise

CornerStone Flooring continues to stay committed to green building not only by seeking to buy, sell and use environmentally friendly products, but by also increasing our knowledge and expertise.

CornerStone now has a team member who has achieved the LEED® Green Associate credential, which is awarded to professionals who demonstrate green building expertise in non-technical fields of practice. This means we understand green building and can go a step further in assisting our clients to achieve LEED certification.

Buildings can qualify for four levels of certification based on a points system that takes into account all aspects of a building's impact on the environment.

The following categories are where we can contribute toward LEED certification for your building:

  • Sustainable Sites
  • Water Efficiency
  • Energy & Atmosphere
  • Materials & Resource
  • Indoor Environmental Quality

Contact a CornerStone professional today to discuss how our commitment adds up for you!

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an internationally recognized green building certification system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The LEED professional credentialing program was developed to encourage green building professionals to maintain and advance their knowledge and expertise.
